Know all men by these presents that I

as security, are held and firmly bound to the State
of
in the sum of Two hundred dollars and the said
for the payment of which sum of money, to be well and
faithfully made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors
and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed
with our seals and dated this
June A.D. 1843
This obligation is such, that whereas on the st
day of June 1843
County hath granted a license to the said
Marchand
as he shall be of good behavior, in accordance with
an act "entitled "an act more effectually to prevent free
persons from entering into this state, and for other
purposes" approved
Now if the above bounden
shall well demean & conduct himself & be of good
behavior during the continuance of the above license
in the State of
void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
