more that the said petitioner and her infant child are in confinement in the jail of <lb/>
    the county, and that their continuance in such confinement will be highly prejudicial<lb/>
to their health, itis ordered taht <mod rend="strikethrough">as to</mod> the said petitioner and her child be released<lb/>
from confinement in the said county jain. And it further appearing to the Court<lb/>
that there are parties other than said defendant, and non-residents, who<lb/>
claim titled to the said petitions, but who from peculiar circumstances show to the <lb/>
Court, and under the advie of their counsel, decline and are unwilling to make<lb/>
themselves parties to said suit, believing that such a course would be prejudicial<lb/>
to their rights in view of the premises, the county authorities are hereby respect-<lb/>
