                  </persName> the sum of one hundred <lb/>and seventy dollars for the Damages by him sustained by <lb/>reason of the <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                  </unclear> in the declaration mentioned and also <lb/>his costs and charged by him about his suit in that behalf <lb/>expended whereof the said <persName>
