The condition of the above <lb/> obligation is such that whereas the above <lb/> named <persName>Louisa Robinson</persName> a woman of color <lb/> has this day obtained from the County Court <lb/> of the County of S Louis a license to reside <lb/> in the State of <choice> <orig>Mifsouri</orig> </choice>.
