               <p>That a certain <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>

                  </supplied> in the aforesaid county being <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> to<lb/> your petitioner in the sum of one hundred and<lb/> thirty eight dollars fifty seven cents, for the <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <supplied>purpose</supplied>
                  <lb/> of more effectually securing the payment there of on the<lb/> 
                  <date when="1811-11-05">fifth day of november eighteen hundred &amp; eleven</date> signed<lb/> sealed &amp; delivered to him the said <persName>

                  <supplied>half</supplied> a parcel of land was<lb/> confirmed to the said <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> the <date when="1810-03-28">twenty<lb/> eighth day of march eighteen hundred &amp; ten</date> by<lb/> the board of land <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <supplied>Commisioners</supplied> in &amp; for the said<lb/> territory of <placeName>
                     <choice>
                        
                        <orig>Missouri</orig>
                     </choice>
                  </placeName> as will appear <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <lb/> had to <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <supplied>their minutes of proceedings</supplied> Book number four<lb/> page three hundred &amp; eight. It was also <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <supplied>stipulated</supplied>
                  <lb/> and agreed in said deed or indenture that of the said<lb/> 
                  <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> the defendant should <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> truly pay <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <lb/> to be paid the aforesaid sum of one hundred thirty<lb/> - eight dollars fifty seven cents on or before the <date when="1810-12-20">twenteith<lb/> day of December</date> then next <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <supplied>ensuing</supplied> the date thereof <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>

                  <supplied>as</supplied> aforesaid mentioned then the said deed to be <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>

                  <supplied>securing</supplied> of which<lb/> the said mortgage was given - He therefore prays<lb/>
