               <p>4.Before, at and since the institution of<lb/> said suit said <persName>

                     <supplied>confined</supplied>

                  </unclear> the health of hath of<lb/> them <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                        </unclear>. the woman <lb/> has reduced</supplied>

                     <supplied>flesh</supplied>

                     <supplied>looks badly</supplied>
                  </unclear>, that from<lb/> the best information <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>I can get</supplied>
                  </unclear> there is no<lb/>

                     <supplied>consequences will probably very serious</supplied>
                  </unclear> to her health<lb/> &amp; to that of her child &amp; may be fatal to one or both<lb/> of them. I state that I am informed &amp; <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                  </unclear> that<lb/> there is no <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>security given</supplied>

                  <lb/> of her keeping in jail. &amp; that if her suit shall <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                  </unclear> for the expence of keeping her in jail.</p>

                     <supplied>unfortuante</supplied>

                  </unclear> has hitherto been and is still unable<lb/> to hire out the petitioner under <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                     <supplied>heretofore</supplied>
                  </unclear> made <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>for</supplied>

                     <supplied>purpose</supplied>
                  </unclear>, and it appearing further<unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>more, that the said petitioner and her infant <lb/> child are in confinement in the jail of <lb/> this County, and that their <unclear/> contin-<lb/>uance in such confinement will be <lb/> highly <unclear>
