                  <unclear>divers</unclear> good wares and merchandize by the said<lb/> plaintiff before that time sold and delivered to<lb/> the said Defendant, and at his special insistence and<lb/> request; and living so indebted he the said Defendant<lb/> in consideration there of afterwards, to wit another<lb/> day and year last aforesaid, at the <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
