                  </unclear>

                     <persName>Alfred Tracy</persName>
                  </add> his securities, are held and firmly bound<lb/>
                    unto the state of <choice>
                     <orig>Mifsouri</orig>
                     
                  </choice> in the sum of one thousand<lb/>
                    Dollars, for the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves<lb/>
                    our heirs executors and administrators fimly Sealed<lb/>
                    with our seals and dated this <date when="1846-12-10">10th day of December<lb/>
                    1846</date> The condition of the above obligation is such<lb/>
                    that whereof the said <persName>Robert</persName> has applied for and<lb/>
                    obtained a license to reside in the state of <choice>
                     <orig>Mifsouri</orig>

                    during good behavior. Now if the said <persName>Robert</persName>

                    shall be of good behavior during his residence in<lb/>
