The selling of Spiritous Liquors to Indians & Slaves

Card playing for money or property, which vice, appears to Gain Ground Daily to the ruin of & even whole Families.

The Bad State of the Public roads & high ways which have been shamefully neglected for these several years past—

The shooting with fire arms within the Limits of the Town & alarming its Inhabitants by the ringing of Bells & other riotous Conduct in the night time.
