                  </placeName>, to wit; at said County,<lb/> with force &amp; <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>arms &amp;c,</supplied>
                  </unclear> made an assault upon the said<lb/> plaintiff, and then &amp; there beat <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>bruised</supplied>
                  </unclear> and illtreated<lb/> him the said plaintiff, and then &amp; there imprisoned<lb/> him the said plaintiff, and kept and detainted him<lb/> in prison <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>there</supplied>
                  </unclear> without any reasonable or probable<lb/> cause whatsoever for a long time to <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>wit,</supplied>
                  </unclear> for the <lb/> space of seventy two hours, then next following<lb/>

                     <supplied>contrary</supplied>
                  </unclear> to the laws and customs of this country and<lb/> against the will of the said plaintiff, and the<lb/> said plaintiff <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
