                  </placeName> in<lb/> this state that the said Benjamin Horine<lb/> let your petitioner free by an instrument in writing effectual for that purpose when he your<lb/> petitioner should arrive at the age of<lb/> twenty one years that your petitioner is<lb/> now about twenty nine years of age and since he<lb/> arrived at the age of twenty one years<lb/> he has not been claimed as a slave<lb/> or as the property of said <persName>
