                    <p>Know all men by these presence that we<lb/>
                        <persName>Sharlott Whitesides</persName> as principal and<persName>Samuel<lb/>
                        Wili</persName> as security are held and firmly bound<lb/>
                    unto the State of <choice>
                     <orig>Mifsouri</orig>
                     
                  </choice> in the sum<lb/>
                    of two hundred Dollars each that is to say<lb/>
                    that the said <persName>Sharlott</persName> as principal<lb/>
                    in the sum of <sic>tow</sic> hundred dollars and the said <lb/>
                    security in te sum of <sic>tow</sic> hundred dollars<lb/>
                    for the true payment of which sums well and<lb/>
                    truly to be made the said <persName>Sharlott</persName> as principal<lb/>
                    and the said <persName>Samuel Willi</persName> as security hereby bind<lb/>
                        <sic>themselfs</sic> their heirs exexutors and adminsitrators<lb/>
                    firmly by these presents with their seals and<lb/>
                    dated this<date when="1843-05-04">fourth day of May A.D 1843</date>
                  <lb/>
                    Now the condition of this bond is such<lb/>
                    that whereas the county court of St. Louis County<lb/>
                    hath granted a license to the above bounden<lb/>
                        <persName>Sharlott</persName> as <sic>licinse</sic> to reside and remain in the <lb/>
                    State of <choice>
                     <orig>Mifsouri</orig>
                     
                  </choice> 
                  <sic>acording</sic> to the statute<lb/>
                    in such case made and provided Now if <lb/>
                    said <persName>Sharlott</persName> be of Good behavior while<lb/>
                    She remains n the State then this bond<lb/>
                    to be void otherwise to remain in full<lb/>
                        force</p>
