                        Sometime<lb/> refusing to trade with them, by trading the Said goods at

                        other traders the articles most in demand among<lb/> the <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>Inidans</supplied>

                        which were necessary to <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>secure</supplied>
                  </unclear>
                        <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>a market</supplied>
                  </unclear>
                        for<lb/> the <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>remainder</supplied>
                  </unclear> and by other neglects and
                        mismanagement that the whole<lb/> returns of the Said Voyage <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                     <supplied>entrusted</supplied>

                  <lb/> As to trading the goods at improper
                        seasons<lb/> he may have <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>done</supplied>
                  </unclear>

                     <supplied>so</supplied>
                  </unclear>, tho
                        he is not <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
                     <supplied>sensible</supplied>
                  </unclear>

                  </unclear> was always

                     <supplied>governed</supplied>
                  </unclear> in his trade<lb/> by his best
