                  <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> and<lb/> arms an assault did make upon her the<lb/> plaintiff &amp; did then &amp; there what <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/>
                  <lb/> &amp; ill treat the plaintiff &amp; did then &amp; there<lb/> imprison her <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> 
                  <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> any <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> or<lb/> probable cause &amp; hath kept her imprison there<lb/> from the day last aforesaid untill this &amp;<lb/> other wrongs then &amp; there did against the<lb/> 
                  <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> to the great Damage of the plaintiff.<lb/> And the plaintiff <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> that before &amp; at the<lb/> time of the committing the said several<lb/>
