Two hundred Dollars for the true payment of
which said sum of money, we bind ourselves, our
heirs, our executors, administrators and
jointly and severally by these presents; sealed
with our seals and dated this
in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and
forty three
obligation is such that whereas cCall
_ has this day obtained a license from
the County Court of St Louis County, to remain
in this State as a free person of color, under
the provisions of an act entitled "an act
more effectually to prevent free person
of color from entering into this State and
for other purposes"
Now the condition of this bond is that

good behavior during the continuance

to be void otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue
