                  <lb/> Be it remembered that is the trial of the<lb/> above entitled case before said court, a jury<lb/>

                     <supplied>proceeding accquisitions were read </supplied>

                  <lb/> defendant said depositions <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> are exceptions and cer-<lb/>tificates) s. certain John <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> was<lb/> then called in the part of the plaintiff, who<lb/> being sworm, testified as follows that <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">
