                  </unclear>; For that<lb/> whereas the said
                        defendant, heretofore to wit, on the<lb/>
                        <date when="1842-03-01">first day of March in the year eighteen hundred<lb/>
                            and forty two,</date> with force and as the County<lb/> aforesaid
                        made an assault on her the said plain<lb/> tiff and then and there beat and
                        ill-treated her<lb/> and then and there imprisoned and detained and<lb/>

                  </unclear> for a long space of time,<lb/> to wit, ten days, and
