                    <p>

                  </seg> as prinipal, and<lb/>
                        <seg rend="form-fill-in"/>
                  <persName/> and <seg rend="form-fill-in"/>
                  <persName/> as securities,<lb/> are held and firmly bound
                        unto the State of Missouri, in the just and<lb/> full sum of ten hundred
                        Dollars, lawful money of the<lb/> United States, for the payment of which we
                        bind ourselves, our heirs,<lb/> executors and administrators, firmly by
                        these presents, sealed with our seals,<lb/> and dated this <seg rend="form-fill-in">

                  </seg> day of <date when="1846-12-22">
                     <seg rend="form-fill-in">Dec</seg> A.D. 184<seg rend="form-fill-in">6</seg>
                  </date>
               </p>
                    <p>The condition of the above Obligation is such, that whereas, the said<lb/>
                        <seg rend="form-fill-in">
                     <persName>Abram S Dutton</persName>
                  </seg> has applied to the
                        County Court<lb/> of St. Louis County for, and obtained a license to reside
                        in the State of<lb/> Missouri, during good behavior: Now, if the said
                        applicant shall be of<lb/> good character and behavior during <seg rend="form-fill-in">his</seg> residence in the State of Missouri, then
                        this<lb/> obligation to be void, else of full force and virtue.</p>
