McKinney</persName> </del> <add place="above"> <persName>William Smith</persName> </add> & <persName>Louis DuBruid</persName> as securities are held <lb/> and firmly bound unto the State of <lb/> <choice> <orig>Mifsouri</orig> </choice> in the full and just sum of <lb/> two hundred dollars for the true <lb/> payment whereof we bind ourselves <lb/> our heirs, executors, administrators and <lb/> <choice> <orig>afsigns</orig> </choice> jointly and severally by these <lb/> presents sealed with our seals and <lb/> dated this <date when="1843-05-02">second day of May eighteen <lb/> hundred & forty three</date>.
