               <p>2nd There is no evidence in said depositions that the<lb/> witness were sworn to testify the whole truth as<lb/> required by the law of missouri</p>
               <p>3d there is no evidence accompanying said depositions<lb/> that the examation of <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                  </unclear> was reduced<lb/> to writing in the presence of the officer who<lb/> took and certified the depositions</p>
