with force and arms &, C, made an assault upon him said
said plaintiff and then and there imprisoned him and
and detained him a prisoner there without any reasona
ble or probable cause whatsoever for a long time to suit for
one month then next following, &
and against the will of said plaintiff and said plaintiff
doth over that said plaintiff held and

petition contains sufficient matter to authorize The commencement of suits for freedom in the name
of each person within named claimed as a

said petitioner shall not be taken or removed out of the Jurisdiction of the
