                  <unclear rend="written" unit="chars"/> what the agreement was &amp; without<lb/> such proof the mortgage itself is not to be<lb/> taken as evidence that the mortgage<lb/> was in conformity with the contact<lb/> of there he other evidence of what the<lb/> the consideration 4.18 <unclear rend="strikethrough" unit="chars">was</unclear> was <unclear rend="strikethrough" unit="chars"/>
