               <p>The Plaintiff, a<lb/> Corporation duly incorporated by the<lb/> laws of the State of <placeName>

                  </unclear> in<lb/> writing upon the books of the Plaintiff,<lb/> so being a corporation as aforesaid,<lb/> at the time the said agreement was<lb/> made between the Plaintiff and the<lb/> Defendant <persName>

                  <lb/> the same, an agreement was there entered into<lb/> between them that she should serve him for<lb/> five years to pay the sum of two hundred and<lb/> fifty dollars for money so advanced, and that<lb/> at the expiration of the said five years she<lb/> was to be free; that by <unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                  </unclear> and in pursuance<lb/> of said agreement she was transferred and<lb/> delivered into the possession of the said <persName>
