                        Take notice, that the undersi- <lb rend="hyphen"/>
                        gned will, on the <date when="1844-01-02">second day of January A.D. <lb/>
                        eighteen hundred and forty-four</date>, apply to the <lb/>
                        Honorable The County Court, within and for <lb/>
                        the County of S<hi rend="superscript">t</hi> Louis, at the hour of ten <lb/>
                        o/clock in the forenoon of that day; or <lb/>
                        so soon thereafter as I can be heard, to be <lb/>
                        released as your security in a certain bond <lb/>
                        heretofore executed by me at your request; <lb/>
                        the same being conditioned for your good <lb/>
                        behaviour in the State of <choice>
