and in consideration of the sum of eight hundered & ninety
dollars one thousand aspens of land, being the undivi-
ded one third part of three thousand aspens which the said
wife by deed bearing date the
year 1808
inally contained four thousand eight hundered and
fifty aspens, and was granted to
the Spanish Government situate about six miles north
west from the city of
whereas the said mortgage premises were sold on the

of the proceeding as aforesaid, and for the considerations be-

ents remise release and forever quit claim unto said
interest and claim in and to the same, and to its
its appentenances into said Jenmings his heirs and assigns
forever hereby acknowledging that I have rec. full and
entire satisfaction of the martgage aforesaid and every
part and parcel of the sum secured thereby.
