                  <lb/> at the County aforesaid and before, and at the time<lb/> of the committing of the grievances hereinafter mentioned<lb/> the said Tenor was and still is a free person and<lb/> the said defendants with force and arms on the day<lb/> and year last aforesaid at the County aforesaid an assault<lb/> on her the said Tenor then and there did make<lb/> and her the said Tenor then and there did beat, strike<lb/> wound and illtreat and her the said Tenor then and<lb/> there did confine and imprison for a long space of<lb/> time to wit for the space of twelve hours and other<lb/> wrongs to the said Tenor then and there did to the great<lb/>
