                    Dollars for the payment of which<lb/>
                    well and truly to be made we bind<lb/>
                    ourselves our heirs Executors and<lb/>
                    administrators firmly by these presents<lb/>
                    sealed and signed this <date when="1843-05-02">2nd day of <lb/>
                        May AD 1843</date> Now the condi<lb/>
                    tion of this bond is this that whereas<lb/>
                    the county court of the county<lb/>
                    of saint Louis has this day granted<lb/>
                    a leave to the above bonnder<lb/>
                    Milly Minor to reside and remain<lb/>
                        in The State of <choice>

                        to the statute in such case made<lb/>
                        and providence has of the said<lb/>
