                  </unclear> evidence<lb/>
                        that the property in the defendant<lb/> John was in James Morre as is<lb/>
                        charged in the indictment and the<lb/> Defendant on his part produced
                        and<lb/> gave in evidence a bill of sale con<lb/> -<unclear rend="written" unit="chars">

                        Robert<lb/> Morre Alexander Moore and<lb/> Nelson Moore and thereupon
